Where TWO or THREE are gathered TOGETHER

Matthew 18:20 (New King James Version)
For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”

Went for Morning Prayer Meeting at Heart of God church this morning.

We were late but I am really glad we came.

Pastor Zhuang shared with us the following:

For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.

This is a good verse for CGLs or Pastors to encourage the members when the attendance for CG or svc isn’t really encouraging.

“Oh dun worry, even though there are only a few of us here but where two or three are gathered together in God’s name, He is here in the midst of us.”

But read into context, Gather Together.

means gathered together in vision, in unity.

We may gather but our hearts are scattered.

Think about it….

2nd part….

“Two or Three”- God is seldom a “OR” kinda God. He is always a “yes” means “yes”, “no” means “no” kinda God.

So what is being referred here?

“three” is your best. Best goal. Best vision. Best.

“two” is you have tried so much to attain your three but seems like cannot be achieved, it seems so far away…..

So God is saying, whether u are at your Two or at your Three, I will be there with you. I will help you.
